NLB strives to help students stand out from their peers, and believes that this can have a multiplying effect that will extend beyond their participation in the NLB After School program, and will change lives in the teams, schools, and neighborhoods where its students demonstrate leadership.

The NLB After School program involves structured and disciplined athletic conditioning and training classes, with a focus on speed, strength, endurance and overall athleticism no matter what sport you play.
